Minx Kids - Return policy

We will accept an item for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

If you prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for:
1. The return shipping charge
2. A 15% Restocking Fee
3. Any higher price difference between the item you return and your second choice item
4. Shipping charges for the replacement item

To return an item for refund due to personal preference, you will be responsible for:

Minx Kids - Return policy

Minx Kids guarantees their clothing and accessories to arrive in an "as new" condition and guarantees against defective materials and/or workmanship. This Warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, alteration or any uses contrary to the manufacturer's intended use.

Warranty claims must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt and sent postage or freight prepaid. Return freight or postage will be paid by Minx Kids should the defective item be replaced once it has been received and inspected.
